Group Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance
Group Medical and Vision coverage is currently provided by Blue Cross/Blue
Shield. Dental coverage is provided by Delta Dental. Encore contributes
approximately 80% of medical/dental insurance premiums for its employees
and approximately 40% for family coverage. Benefits begin on the employee's
start date.
Savings - 401(k) Plan
Employees are immediately eligible and Encore's 401(k) plan enables them
to accumulate savings on a tax-deferred basis. Through payroll deductions,
employees can direct pretax earnings (up to an IRS
annual maximum) into the Merrill Lynch savings plan. Employees have 18
investment options, including GoalManager®. An employee may enroll,
increase, decrease, change investment funds, transfer funds or discontinue
contributions at any time on-line or by telephone.
Paid Holidays
Encore employees enjoy seven (7) of the traditional holidays.
Paid Time Off
The Paid Time Off program allows employees more flexibility in managing
their time away from work. An employee accrues 20 paid days off in their
first year of employment and subsequent years are accrued on a scheduled
basis.
Flexible Spending Accounts
Employees can reduce taxable income and extend purchasing power for health
care and dependent care expenses by enrolling in one or both of the Flexible
Spending Accounts.
Health Care Spending Account: Employees can use the pretax dollars they
put into this account to pay for many of the health care expenses not covered
by medical, dental and vision plans, including deductibles and co-payments.
Dependent Care Spending Account: Employees can use the pretax funds in
this account to pay for eligible dependent care expenses.
Life Insurance
Encore's competitive coverage provides a base amount of life insurance
equal to $50,000, at no cost to the employee. In addition, employees can
"buy up" for additional levels of coverage.
Disability Income Insurance
To help protect employees' income during times when they are unable to
work, Encore provides Short-term and Long-term Disability Income insurance
at no cost to the employee.
Employee Referral Bonus
Encore rewards employees who refer job applicants to the company. A
referral bonus is paid to the employee after the referred employee has
been employed with Encore for six months on a billable assignment.
Education Reimbursement
Education Reimbursement is provided on a case by case basis.
This information is only a summary of our benefits. Detailed information on all
