to address their business strategies. The selection, installation and integration of packaged software are all essential steps
in any 3rd party software solution.
Encore is able to provide you with the technology professionals needed to help implement packaged software solutions.
We have the project managers, business analysts, technical architects, software developers, and quality assurance analysts to
ensure the successful delivery of a 3rd-party software solution project.
Encore has supported clients to map and integrate
in-house applications to new releases of software. We utilize our
established project management and integration methodologies to
ensure the success of those deliverables.
We work with you and the software vendor(s) throughout the selection, installation and integration processes.
We guide the process to gather business requirements, identify potential package solutions, match the capabilities of selected
vendor solutions to current and future requirements, work with the chosen package vendor to install the package, and assist
the package vendor and the IT department to integrate the package software within the new environment.
There are four phases and associated deliverables of the process that Encore follows:

- Systems Development and Implementation
- Integration and Installation of Software
